Pay Rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• How many years of experience do you have in Account Management working in a logistics setting? Please explain.
• Are you proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel?
• Do you have experience tracking order fulfillment? If so, explain.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
• Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
• Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication.
• Manage inbound and outbound demand and coordinate with fleet and brokerage teams.
• Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.
