At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Shift patterns

• The regular shift is Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• Training will take place for a few weeks, Monday–Friday, either 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
• Please follow the specific instructions provided by the local office team regarding your start date and time. Disregard any automated notifications from the app or other systems.

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Picker / Packer

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Skills requirements for Picker / Packer

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide your own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role for Picker / Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
• Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers.
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift while remaining on your feet.
• Handle all products with care to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and safety standards.
