GL Material Handler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support daily warehouse and production operations.

Shift Patterns

  • Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be available for Overtime when needed.

Pay Rates

  • 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for GL Material Handler

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Desirable Requirements for GL Material Handler

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support different tasks and departments.

Role for GL Material Handler

  • Move materials and products throughout the warehouse facility.
  • Load and unload trailers or containers efficiently.
  • Perform inventory counts and quality inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
