• Experience leading teams of over 10 associates in a warehouse environment
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

Role for Warehouse Lead/Supervisor

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards
• Prepare and organize the floor for daily operations
• Conduct staff training and manage daily headcounts
• Monitor operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP, and communicate progress to management
