At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General labor position to work with Color Image Apparel in Southaven. This role is essential for ensuring our products are prepared accurately and efficiently for our customers.

Shift Patterns

• Back Half Nights: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
• Rotating Wednesday
• Mandatory overtime

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for General labor

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site

Responsibilities for General labor

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items with care to avoid product damage
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire shift
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain punctuality

Location: Southaven. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
