Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Lead to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and keep work moving in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will support daily operations by guiding associates, assigning work, and ensuring the team meets safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Shift Pattern

  • Sunday through Wednesday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Pay Rates

  • 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

  • Warehouse or logistics experience
  • Ability to direct daily work, communicate priorities, and support associates on the floor
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to following them
  • Ability to track productivity and accuracy, identify issues, and report them to management
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned schedule, including overtime when required
  • Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with associates, supervisors, and other departments

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior Team Lead experience
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
  • Experience with powered industrial equipment

Role Responsibilities

  • Assign daily tasks and communicate priorities to warehouse associates
  • Train and support new team members on processes, equipment, and safety practices
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy, addressing issues as they arise
  • Assist with receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while providing operational updates to management
