Forklift operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics company in Moreno Valley. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, focusing on inventory management and supporting the fulfillment team.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift (Friday- Tuesday 3pm - 11:30pm)

Pay Rates

• 21.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• How many months of experience do you have operating a Raymond reach truck?
• Are you comfortable bringing down pallets from high rack locations?
• Are you able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift?
• Are you available to work weekends and overtime as needed?

Role responsibilities for Forklift operator

• Operate a Raymond reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory across multiple rack levels.
• Safely retrieve pallets from rack locations to support pickers with order fulfillment.
• Perform replenishment and stow processes to maintain warehouse organization.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure inventory accuracy and follow established procedures.

Location: Moreno Valley. Reliable transportation is required for this position.
