Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with Radial - Rialto 1 in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Picker: Sunday to Wednesday: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions and specifications
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other proper equipment safely
• Communicate any inventory or shipment problems effectively

Location: Rialto. This position is based in a busy distribution facility.
