PM Area Manager

Pay Rates

• 33.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for PM Area Manager

• Do you have previous management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment?
• Are you available to work Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM–12:30 AM on a consistent basis?
• Have you led teams in a fast-paced environment while managing productivity, attendance, and performance?
• Are you comfortable coaching employees, resolving workplace issues, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures?
• Are you specifically seeking a long-term PM/evening shift opportunity?

Role Responsibilities for PM Area Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse or operational activities during the PM shift.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow throughout the shift.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
