We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team, responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

Monday through Friday, 6PM - 4:30AM

Pay Rates

18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Problem Resolution

Do you have experience using WMS, RF scanners, or inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you maintained inventory accuracy, including audits or discrepancy resolution? (Yes/No)
Do you have cycle counting experience in a warehouse setting? (Yes/No)
Are you comfortable with accurate data entry in inventory systems? (Yes/No)
Have you identified and resolved inventory issues? (Yes/No)

Role for Problem Resolution

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing product.
Work closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Research and reconcile count variances.
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems.

Location: Brownsburg. This position is based in a warehouse environment.
