Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center. This role emphasizes speed, precision, and adherence to productivity and safety standards.

Shift Patterns

• A Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• First 2 weeks: 4 hours per day
• First day start time: 8:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role Responsibilities for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
