Forklift Operator - Mt Juliet

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Mt. Juliet. This role involves operating stand-up forklifts, including dock stockers or reach trucks, to load and unload trailers, organize product within racking systems, and manage pallet movement between the dock and storage areas.

• Fri & Sat 4:00pm-12:30am

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Stand-up forklift experience on a dock stocker or a reach truck
• Trailer loading and unloading
• RF scanning
• Detail oriented
• Able to stand and lift repetitively for a full shift (35+ lbs)
• Basic computer skills
• Basic English proficiency

Desirable Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Experience on both a dock stocker and a reach truck
• Familiarity with Raymond, Hyster or Crown equipment
• Stand-up clamp experience
• Electric pallet jack or walkie experience
• Putaway or picking experience in a fast-paced operation

Role Responsibilities for Forklift Operator

• Load and offload pallets onto trailers as directed
• Put product away into racks after it is received in the WMS
• Perform picking, replenishments, and putaways
• Scan every move with an RF gun
• Handle pallet-jack moves, palletizing, and stretch-wrapping

Location: Mt. Juliet. This position is based in a fast-paced logistics facility.
