Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading logistics facility in Moreno Valley. We are looking for energetic individuals to join a fast-paced distribution environment where you will select, verify, and pack customer orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Shift Patterns:

• 2nd shift (Wednesday - Sunday 3pm - 11:30pm)

Pay Rates:

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail to meet shift pick/pack metrics without error.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Moreno Valley job site.
• Ability to wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes and basic work apparel.

Role for Pick/Pack:

• Locate, retrieve, and select items throughout warehouse aisles using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before shipment.
• Pack items securely using proper cushioning materials and attach correct shipping labels.
• Operate handheld scanners and basic material handling tools like manual pallet jacks or carts.
• Maintain a clean work zone and strictly follow site safety standards.
