At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with Lehigh Valley Talent Pool in Allentown. We are looking for dedicated individuals to support daily warehouse operations, including handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Multiple shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift

Pay Rates

  • 17.50 - 19.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory
  • Basic computer or tablet skills for entering and verifying information
  • Ability to follow digital pick lists or electronic work instructions
  • Comfortable learning new warehouse technology and systems

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience
  • Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
  • Basic computer or inventory management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Teamwork: Able to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Clear and respectful communication with supervisors and peers
  • Reliability: Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, or tasks
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in order picking, labeling, and inventory
  • Problem Solving: Can identify issues and suggest solutions when needed
  • Positive Attitude: Maintains a professional and cooperative attitude on the floor
