Returns Processor - Millington

You will ensure that all return merchandise authorization (RMA) information is accurately entered into the warehouse system, helping to maintain precise inventory records.

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Returns Processor

• Comfortable using a computer to enter and review return information.
• Experience inspecting returned merchandise and determining its condition and disposition.
• Ability to enter accurate RMA data and product dispositions into a computer system.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying products and recording information.
• Able to follow work instructions and warehouse safety procedures.

Role Responsibilities for Returns Processor

• Inspect returned products to determine if they should be returned to good stock or classified as defective or damaged.
• Enter return merchandise authorization (RMA) information and product dispositions into the warehouse system for client review.
• Handle and organize returned items carefully to prevent further damage.
• Verify product details against documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed returns.

Location: Millington. This position is based in a warehouse environment.
