Warehouse associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role involves working within one of several specialized teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, picking products, and packing shipments for customers.
Shift patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Warehouse associate
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
- Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hour shift
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and be extremely detail-oriented
- Willingness to complete a 7-day training program
Role responsibilities for Warehouse associate
- Accept new customer inventory and manage the put-away process
- Communicate arrivals and any inventory exceptions
- Pick products accurately to keep the warehouse flow moving
- Pack items correctly to ensure shipment quality
- Assist in other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency
