PTL (Pick to Light ) Operator - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a PTL (Pick to Light) Operator to work with ID Logistics in Bethlehem. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, where you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using a specialized Pick-to-Light system. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Sun, Fri, Sat 8:30:00am-9:00:00pm (30 minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

  • 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for PTL (Pick to Light) Operator

  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Role for PTL (Pick to Light) Operator

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using the Pick-to-Light system
  • Verify product quantities and quality to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Rotate between workstations and tasks throughout the shift
  • Report product, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors

Location: Bethlehem. This position is based in a warehouse and distribution center environment.
