Weekend Picker / Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker / Packer to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Dallas. You will play a crucial part in preparing iconic personal care, candle, and fragrance orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and safety.

Shift Patterns

• Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Weekend Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, and carry boxes weighing up to 25–50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on concrete surfaces throughout an 11-hour shift

Role for Weekend Picker / Packer

• Locate and select items using RF scanners and computerized inventory systems
• Inspect, wrap, and pack delicate retail products into shipping cartons to prevent damage
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and codes to ensure 100% order accuracy
• Print shipping labels and route completed boxes to staging areas
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with restocking shelves
