At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This role is essential for the efficient operation of the warehouse, focusing on picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Shift Patterns

1st shift; Mon-Fri 5:00 am-1:30pm

Pay Rates

18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick and prepare products for shipment
Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
Sort and store products in racks, shelves, or bins
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Location: Fontana. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
