At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly role to work with Balt USA LLC (CA) in Irvine. This is a 2nd shift production position where you will be responsible for carefully assembling medical device components according to detailed instructions, utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the proper functionality and safety of finished medical devices by adhering to strict quality standards within a controlled manufacturing environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
  • Must be flexible to work overtime

Pay Rates

  • 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Medical Device Assembly

  • Are you available and willing to work overtime?
  • Do you have experience working in assembly?
  • Are you comfortable completing an assessment using a microscope?

Skills Requirements for Medical Device Assembly

  • Attention to detail: High level of precision and accuracy when handling small components.
  • Hand-eye coordination: Ability to manipulate tools and parts with dexterity.
  • Mechanical aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and assembly techniques.
  • Quality focus: Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and identifying defects.
  • Following instructions: Ability to carefully follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills: Familiarity with basic computer systems for data entry and quality documentation.

Role Responsibilities for Medical Device Assembly

  • Assemble individual parts and subassemblies by following established procedures and blueprints.
  • Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify defects.
  • Follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions to build devices accurately.
  • Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a controlled environment.

Location: Irvine. This position is based in a controlled manufacturing environment.
